Substitution Policy: While we aim to recreate your selected design as closely as possible, some flowers, containers, or unique vases may be unavailable due to seasonality, market conditions, or weather. In such cases, we’ll substitute with similar items of equal or greater value to maintain the arrangement’s style, color scheme, and overall feel.
